Terms & Conditions

• Guests must stay in the hotel for 7 nights.
• Guests are required to schedule an appointment of 2 PCR tests prior to arrival. The first test is performed at the Phuket International Airport. The second test is conducted at an authorized testing center.
• All rates are pre-paid and non-refundable. Flexible cancellations and full refund apply if Thailand Pass is not approved.
• The all-inclusive package rates are valid for reservations made directly through S4 Naiyang Beach Phuket booking channels only.
